Hampton Lake

Hampton Lake real estate is changing and while the market can be tough to navigate, knowledge truly is power. Whether you are considering selling or not, being well informed about the market you live in is as valuable as your most hard-earned asset - your home. This Hampton Lake real estate market report shows how the Hilton Head Island - Bluffton real estate market is doing, compares home sales from previous months, discusses supply and demand and shows the status of the homes in Hampton Lake.

In Hampton Lake, five homes closed in the last thirty days compared to four the previous month. There were four resale homes that went under contract in the last month. Five new resale listings came on the market, and another property just sold for $800,000, making this the fourth property to sell in the $800K+ price point this year! About the Community

The Hampton Lake community prides itself as one of the most exclusive and distinguished communities in the country. As a testimony to its splendid class, Hampton Lake was bestowed with the highest honor by the National Association of Homebuilders as the top ranking "Best in American Living" community in the country for 2009. This award, for the number one position in communities with over 151 homes, is a tribute to the finest living spaces and amenities that Hampton Lake offers to its residents. The "Lake" at Hampton Lake

The unique feature of the Hampton Lake community is the lake itself. Covering 165 acres, the Hampton lake is the largest freshwater body in the area. Whether you're attracted to the lake for recreation, fishing, boating, or spending time with family and friends, Hampton Lake is a remarkable place to call home.

In addition to the beauty of Lake Hampton, it also features great fishing opportunities for the whole family. The lake pulses with hybrid-striped bass, the largemouth 'tiger' bass, bluegill, and threadfin shad, and it ranks as one of the finest fishing lakes in the Southeast. With this abundance of aquatic wildlife in your backyard, family memories are bound to be made.

The Lakeside Village in Hampton Lake

One of the special highlights of the community is its unique Lakeside Village, which boasts an array of very exclusive amenities that are rarely found in private communities.

The Village offers the luxury of three pools, including a family-friendly pool with a lagoon and a resort-quality lazy river. If you are looking for peace and tranquility, you also have the option of visiting the adult pool. Children have their own kid-friendly pool, allowing for a safe place to meet other children in the community and make lifelong friends. The Village is flanked by a sandy beach, a basketball court, a volleyball court, rental kayaks and boats, and the beginning of the Greenways Trail System.

The indoor amenities at the Village are no less amazing than the outdoors. You have a premier spa facility, a state-of-the-art exercise and fitness center, a laid-back and friendly Backwater Bill's Lowcountry Grill, Doc's Boathouse tackle shop, and Mother Nature's eco-museum. With all of these attractions at your fingertips, you'll never have an ordinary day living in Hampton Lake.
