In Colleton River, six homes closed in the first four months of 2018, five sold this time last year. So far in 2018, the total dollar volume was $4,815,000, very close compared to 2017’s first four-month volume of $4,185,000. Supply and demand: as of May 1st, 2018, there are 38 Colleton River homes listed for sale with an average of 1.5 homes selling per month over the last six months. Colleton River Plantation's Pristine Waters

Colleton River spreads across an area of 1,500 acres, which is entered through a sprawling nature preserve of 950 acres. Colleton River is situated just two miles west of Hilton Head Island in Bluffton, South Carolina. The site presents stunning views of the Chechessee and Colleton Rivers, having deep-water access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. A mile-long shoreline and about 7.5 miles of saltwater marsh frontage mark the Colleton River, which is easily one of the most unspoiled tidal rivers in the Southeast.

The community has an eclectic mix of residential properties.
