This November 2017 Hampton Lake real estate market report shows how the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton real estate market is doing, compares home sales from previous months, discusses supply and demand and shows the status of the homes in Hampton Lake.

In Hampton Lake, 105 homes have closed in the first ten months of 2017. This includes new construction and villas. Compared to 2016, that number was 49! Spirits were certainly bright during Engel & Völkers Hilton Head Island – Bluffton’s first Thanksgiving Pie Day 2017. On November 22, advisors invited their clients to pick up their delicious choice of apple, pecan or pumpkin pie from our holiday ready Main Street shop. The holiday cheer didn’t stop with decorations, but was topped off with holiday tunes and treats galore. Clients were treated to cookies, brownies, mimosas and more! To add to the cheer, clients had were able to pose using their favorite holiday props in our photo area.
