This June 2017 Leamington real estate market report shows how the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton real estate market is doing, compares home sales from previous months, discusses supply and demand and shows the status of the homes in Leamington.

Leamington Plantation’s sales in the first five months of 2017 are outpacing last year: nine homes closed this year, compared to five homes last year. The first five months’ total dollar volume of homes sold in 2017 was $9,120,000, up from $5,853,000 in 2016. Supply and demand: there are currently 13 homes listed for sale with an average of 1.8 homes selling per month over the past five months. This June 2017 Belfair real estate market report shows how the Hilton Head Island-Bluffton real estate market is doing, compares home sales from previous months, discusses supply and demand and shows the status of the homes in Belfair. 

In Belfair, 12 homes closed in the first five months of 2017, compared to 14 last year. January through May’s total dollar volume was $7.293M, down compared to $9.600M in 2016. Supply and demand: as of June 16, 2017, there are 51 Belfair homes listed for sale with an average of 2.5 homes selling per month over the last six months.
